FAQ help

You’ve got questions, we have answers! We are here to make certain distinctions and to dissolve some unclarities that you might have.

Who will work with the client during the project?

What sets us apart is the dedication and commitment that we offer to every client. Every project is led by one team, that is fully devoted to that project only. Our clients are in direct communication with their team and are involved in the process of making from start to finish.

What is our work process, from getting a quote to a solution delivery?

We design - We craft high functionality and engaging interactive design that will distinguish you from the competition in a second and create a memorable visual brand identity in the heads of your customers. When it comes to UX/UI design, we make user-centric and intuitive, as much as engaging and responsive design.

We build up - We develop from scratch impeccably designed websites and mobile apps with a first-class user experience that is always in correspondence with the latest technology trends.

We promote - We provide full coverage of the whole digital marketing process. From irresistible content, over targeted messaging to alluring campaigns. A wise man once said: “Ignoring online marketing is like opening a business and not telling anyone about it”.

We support - We do everything in our extensive power to keep your website performing perfectly and at the top of its game. From fixing glitches before they strike to keeping you informed of competitor activity.

What happens after the Mobile App and Web Development?

Think of us as your loyal sidekick, keeping you safe and up to date so you can enjoy a full digital experience that our company has to offer. We are here to tune up the performance of the website or mobile app if needed, to manage your data and much more. We are always here to support you after your project has been done.

What is the difference between UX and UI design?

First, we want to explain what these terms mean. UX refers to the term “User Experience”, while UI stands for “User Interface” design. The main difference that separates these two terms is this: UX design is all about the overall feel of the experience, while UI design is about the product's visual look. Just look at it like UX is a skeleton, while UI is skin. As Steve Jobs said: ”Design is not just what it looks like and how it feels. Design is how it works”.

What is the difference between outsourcing and project-based solution?

A project-based solution is a business practice performed within a company’s operational infrastructure. Whilst, outsourcing is, simply put, hiring an external company to do all the work, instead of having to build an in-house developer team. Both sides can be from the same country.

What is the difference between offshoring and nearshoring?

Nearshoring is the transfer of business processes to companies in a nearby country. The advantage of nearshoring is in the similarities in language, culture, time zone, etc.

Offshoring is the relocation of the business activities to companies in a country far away. One of the advantages is the cost-effectiveness and availability of quality resources.
